Getting hurt at work is a difficult situation.  No one wants to file a workers compensation claim but it needs to be done following a work injury.  

Work is often much like a sport or athletic event.  Work can also involve a lot of sitting followed by short bursts of activities.

You should ask your doctor for a referral to a chiropractor of even your adjuster.  If you request some chiropractic treatment they must give you the option and at least a few treatments to see if it will help you.  You may be surprised how much we can help.
