DOT Physicals

As of 11/21/2022 Dr Zachary Owens DC can perform DOT physicals for drivers under FMCSA including those with a CDL. We can also perform DOT level physicals for those who may not have a commercial driving license but will be driving for a job.

Our pricing for these physicals are $60 when paid at the time of service.
